There has been a Women's Institute in the Bryn area since 1965. In 2005 Bryn celebrated its 40th year. This stone is the commemorative stone outside the hall that celebrates this achievement. Bryn WI is a strong and active Institute. Members take part in all aspects of WI life at both local and county level.
Good news . Membership is increasing.
Why not come and join us?
We meet friends, listen to a speaker, watch a demonstration.
The business meeting starts at 6.20pm. Everyone is welcomed. During this hour we arrange what we are going to do in the following month. Members make decisions about places they would like to visit. If the Institute is hosting an event, then the arrangements are made.
The second part of the evening consists of a speaker or a demonstration.
Before the evening ends, there is a raffle, and members find out who has won our monthly competition.
